Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
There is a maximum of two pets per home.
60lb weight limit per pet.
Breed restrictions do apply, contact for full list.
There is a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet.
Pet deposits are as follows: one pet - $300 ($150 non-refundable), two pets - $600 ($300 non-refundable)
